upin & ipin

Upin & Ipin is an innovative and most outrageous Malaysian animation series about 5 years old twins made from creative mind production crew of Les' Copaque. Upin and Ipin telling their experiences on childhood life. It is being told from their perspective in such a way that is simple, comical and hilarious. Here are the 4 main characters of Upin and Ipin animation:

Upin: Upin is the elder twin brother of Ipin, though only by 5 minutes. He is the more outspoken one and usually the mastermind behind the cheeky antics the twins do. He is distinguished by a twirl of hair on top of his head

Ipin: Ipin is the younger twin brother of Upin. He is the slightly quieter sidekick to his brother. His trademark is his habit to agree to any statements by saying "*Betul, betul, betul." He is obsessed with fried chicken. (*Betul means right).

Kak Ros: Ros is the elder sister of Upin and Ipin. She has a reputation of being fierce but is actually a loving and gentle sister. She loves to tease her brothers when the opportunity arises.

Opah: Opah is the grandmother of Upin, Ipin and Ros. She is kind and gentle-hearted, and tends to spoil the twins. She is a fountain of worldly and religious wisdom.
